Darley Thought Leadership Essay Contest: A Call for Diversity and Inclusion

The Darley Thought Leadership Essay Contest is an annual competition that invites fire service professionals to share their thoughts on diversity and inclusion in the fire service. The 2023 contest will focus on the following topics:

The winning essay will be published in Fire Engineering magazine and will receive a $1,000 prize. Two runners-up will each receive a $500 prize.
