What are some challenges to diversity and inclusion in the fire service?

There are a number of challenges to diversity and inclusion in the fire service. One challenge is the traditional culture of the fire service, which can be resistant to change. There are several things that can be done to promote diversity and inclusion in the fire service. One thing that can be done is to increase recruitment efforts to attract people from underrepresented groups.
